ABOUT ME

I grew up in Southern California and earned my Bachelors from Claremont McKenna College. I also have my Master in Business Administration and Master in Design Innovation from Kellogg School of Management, where I received formal coach training and was trained in human-centered thinking. Career-wise, I’ve spent time in consulting at BCG and in strategy and product management at Save the Children, Meta, and early-stage startups. (LinkedIn profile)

MY JOURNEY WITH COACHING

I discovered coaching straight out of college. My first manager was a trained coach and helped me through tough questions that spanned work and life - e.g., What’s the right next step? How do I balance all my priorities across work and life? Is everything I’m doing now leading me to where I want to be 5 years from now?

These questions overwhelmed me. I was an Olympic gold medalist at running circles in my brain trying to logic with myself and come to the “right” decision. Coaching helped me take back power and confidence in decision-making.

WHAT TO EXPECT

As your coach, I’ll support you every step as you become the person you want to be. I’m here to help you identify and manifest your goals in life and work. I’m not your therapist, nor will I tell you what to do. Instead, I create a supportive and safe space to help you untangle your thoughts, come to deep realizations, and facilitate insight into action with tactical steps.

How I’d describe my coaching style: Asks tough questions to get to the root of what’s holding you back, but always leads with compassion and care. I’m in the trenches with you on this.
